Green Greeks at Arizona State
BECOMING A REPRESENTATIVE
What do Green Greeks Representatives do?
Being a Green Greeks Representative means a lot of things, but the best part is that you have the power to create positive change at Arizona State. This organization wouldn’t run without representatives, seeing that Green Greeks funds projects and creates events based on what each Representative feels the ASU campus needs. Don’t worry if you already have a main representative for your chapter, Green Greeks will take anyone who wants to do their part on campus. Our only ask is that you give 100% to our organization because we are going to do our best to give 100% to yours.

Representative duties and expectations are listed below. If you feel like Green Greeks is something you want to be a part of, please send us a brief message explaining why you would like to be in Green Greeks and what possible areas for improvement the Arizona State community could fix in terms of sustainability.

DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS
INTEREST IN SUSTAINABILITY
Green Greeks encourages anyone to apply to be a representative no matter their background in sustainability. We do hope, however, that you apply willing to learn more, and think that you have input valuable to furthering our goals.
GOOD COMMUNICATION AND ATTENDANCE
We expect all our members to remain in constant communication with our representative coordinator and stay up to date with Green Greek related projects, deadlines, and events. One representative from each chapter is required to come to every meeting. Currently, representative meetings occur once every two weeks on Wednesdays at 8PM.
INITIATIVE
Be ready to take initiative! Green Greeks was established in order to help students fix issues that they see on our campus. We hope that you have a passion to help improve our campus and communities, and come willing to come up with new ideas, problem solve, and be the voice of Green Greeks to your chapter on campus.
